Founded by Adriana Colin, a strategic consultant and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of international experience across real estate investment, sustainability, and administrative architecture, ACT Consulting helps businesses thrive by creating operational systems that are intelligent, efficient, and scalable.

Adriana has successfully supported private equity firms, real estate funds, startups, and social impact organizations in optimizing internal operations, human resources, ESG compliance, and international expansion strategies. At Alójica, she led the design of the firm’s first ESG strategy aligned with PRI principles and guided the team through its initial ESR certification. She also created the HR manual and drafted the company’s inaugural ESG policy, establishing KPIs and sustainability action plans that shaped investment decisions.

Previously at The Aztec Fund, she managed compliance for an 8–10 property portfolio, overseeing insurance, banking, audits with Deloitte and Whitley Penn, and financial forecasting across 28 international accounts. Her attention to detail and results-driven approach helped streamline treasury operations and improve investor reporting.

Her earlier roles in South Africa — including managing a business center for 45 AAA offices and 50+ virtual clients in Johannesburg — gave her a global perspective and honed her leadership in sales, customer experience, and operational consistency.

Fluent in English and Spanish, and with working knowledge of French and Portuguese, Adriana brings a multicultural, cross-border lens to every project. She holds a Master's in Anthropology and Cultural Studies and a Bachelor's in Tourism, blending cultural insight with business strategy.

Based in Mexico City and working across the Americas, Adriana partners with mission-driven organizations to simplify complexity, align operations with purpose, and build systems that sustain long-term growth.
